More Speck Problems

During the routine of removing my Speck Candyshell from my iPhone, the plastic portion at the bottom of the phone developed into a crack, which eventually broke through the silicon. I consistently followed the official directions for removing the Candyshell, and I believe that the process of prying the case off of the phone caused the crack. The next step? Contacting Speck to see if my warranty will cover this.
