Seki’s Japanese Restaurant

I just ate a tasty and enjoyable meal at Seki’s Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar. It is located within walking distance of WashU’s campus and offers traditional Japanese dishes and sushi. I had a bento box (pictured above) that was delicious. The sushi was fresh, and each slice seemed to be prepared with the ideal amount of wasabi. Compared to other restaurants, I felt that the bento box was a more reasonable portion of food, whereas many other Japanese restaurants tend to provide too much food in their bento boxes. As a corollary, Seki’s bento was more reasonably priced. The waiters were quiet friendly and accommodating in a way that struck me as being grandparent-like. Overall, Seki’s serves tasty and well-prepared food in a relaxing and home-like atmosphere.
